Mexico Distrito Federal, May 18, 2011 .- The free transit of Sonora by federal roads without paying a single penny in kennels, could be realized in the coming days, ahead of the Governor Guillermo Father Elias.

During the public hearing Special Commission to analyze the labor reform in the House of Representatives lawmaker explained Sonoran reform initiative introduced in the Senate last November, which includes amendments to Articles 133 and 170 of the LFT.
reforms argue that if adopted, mothers enjoy a break of six weeks if the child or child less than six months and three weeks if older than six months, and encourage social integration and family. Larios
Gaxiola stressed that labor laws should facilitate and promote motherhood through adoption, which it considered urgent need to include the initiative in question within the labor reform package.
"Mexico does not have uniform criteria on adoption to allow adoptive mothers who work, have the opportunity to enjoy a period of time to provide the necessary care of foster children similar to which are granted in the case of biological children, "he said.
PAN legislator reiterated that these initiatives are guiding equal rights, non discrimination and protection of foster mothers.
"We can not continue to consider Maternity legally adoptive motherhood is a second level, the failure to recognize the same rights to adoptive mothers puts them in a back seat to birth mothers, which breaks any non-discrimination principle, "he said.
During his speech, Senator PAN also stressed the urgency of concrete labor reform, it is necessary for the country, for it expressed its disagreement with the times when hearings have been made public.
